Community Dues
SCO remains committed to building community through ongoing events. Our hope is that these events will be fun and meaningful for all neighbors, and that they will foster the sense of community and inclusion that make our neighborhood great. To support these events, we use community funds to pay for the materials and entertainment.
We generate revenue in two primary ways:
1. Annual community dues at $30 per person.
2. Revenue-generating activities like fundraising.

Per the Seversville Community Organization Bylaws, dues are due annually on a calendar year beginning in January of each year.
Example if you moved into the neighborhood in June, and paid your community dues that would be for the current year, and then in Jan the next year you would pay the dues for that new calendar year.

You can pay in person at the next community meeting or by mail.

We hope the main reason you want to pay dues is to support our Community Organization. Additionally, dues paying members help guide our community by voting on a range of decisions.

All adult residents are eligible to become members. Legacy Residents, having lived in Seversville for more than 25 consecutive years are not required to pay annual dues to be a member of the Community Organization.
